Artist's Description

The stairwell walls appeared to be blue on the outside of the parking garage. The entry door was locked to protect them from being used as a shelter for homeless people in the dark of night. There were none in sight as I set up my camera and took the shot I had been waiting for since I first saw them months ago. They hadn't changed, still clean, empty, and cold blue.
