Description
The red barn appeared out of nowhere as I meandered along a narrow country road. The weather had been threatening all day and as I rounded the bend I came to a sudden stop. There on the right was this magnificent red barn across a pond half hidden by the trees.
I made my way to the ponds edge and waited for the light to change and when it lit the still water, I clicked the shutter many times to ensure I captured what I expected to be the shot of the day.
When I returned home, I discovered I had indeed captured the brilliance of the red barn, its reflection in the water and the threatening clouds advancing toward it.
I hope you appreciate the effort that went into getting this shot.
